Delete Your Account

Delete your StrikeCraft — Team Management account and personal data.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the StrikeCraft app:

  1. Open the StrikeCraft app (iPhone, iPad or Android) and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
  4. If you own any organizations, you will be asked to transfer ownership or delete each one before your account can be removed.
  5. We email a verification code to the address on your account. Enter it in the app to confirm the deletion.
  6. Your account is removed right away. Copies of your personal data held by the services we use to run the app (video hosting, analytics, notifications and purchases) are erased within 30 days, and backups are kept for up to 30 days. Team streams that stay with the team remain hosted until the team deletes them. Crash and error reports don’t include your name or email and are kept for up to 90 days. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Email support@strikecraft.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your StrikeCraft account, and include that address in the message so we can verify ownership.
  3. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, you can write from any address. Tell us that you used Sign in with Apple, and we will confirm the request through the private relay address on your account.
  4. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

For security, we will send a confirmation message to the email address registered to your StrikeCraft account and only proceed with deletion after you confirm. This protects your account from deletion requests made by someone else on your behalf.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your login credentials and profile (name, email, avatar photo).
  • Organizations you own (or you may transfer ownership before deleting).
  • Your messages and any files you attached to them.
  • Your memberships, RSVPs, and personal settings.

What may be retained

  • Messages you sent in chats that included a player account: a private copy, visible only to StrikeCraft safety moderators, is kept for 90 days so we can look into reports of harm to minors, then permanently deleted. Reported messages are kept until the report is resolved and for 90 days after.
  • Team content stays with the team: game scores and stats, live streams and recordings, video clips, team photos, announcements and player development notes. It is deleted when the team or its organization is deleted. It is shown as posted by “Former member” and is no longer linked to you.
  • A team may keep contact details it entered for you, like your email on a roster. Ask the team to remove them.
  • Records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, retained only as long as required.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For more detail on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, or contact support@strikecraft.app.
