Terms of Service

Terms of Service for StrikeCraft

Note: These Terms govern your use of StrikeCraft — Team Management on iOS, Android and the web. They do not change anything about the Pitch Tracker app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

StrikeCraft ("the App") is operated by Goliath Computers LLC ("StrikeCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must also agree to these Terms for you, as described in Section 1. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a StrikeCraft account, except for player accounts. A player account may be created for an athlete aged 13 or older, only by invitation from their organization or team. A player under 18 can use the account only after a linked parent or guardian approves it in the app. If no parent or guardian account is linked yet, the account waits until the coach links one. A player who turns 18 while waiting is activated automatically. Children under 13 may appear only as player profiles managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized coach, and cannot have their own account.

While the player is under 18, parents and guardians can revoke a player account, or turn off its messaging, at any time from the player's page in the app.

Parents and guardians of minor players. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you approve a player account for someone under 18, or otherwise allow a minor in your care to use the App, you agree to these Terms (including the Community Guidelines) both for yourself and on behalf of that minor, you consent to the minor’s use of the App, and you are responsible for the minor’s use of the App and for their compliance with these Terms. If you are 13 to 17, you may use a player account only after your parent or guardian has approved it, and you should review these Terms with them.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@strikecraft.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to managing and participating in youth baseball teams. You must comply with the Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (messages, photos, lineups, notes, broadcasts), but you grant StrikeCraft a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content to other authorized members of your organization in order to operate the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content you represent that you have the rights to do so and that the content does not violate the Community Guidelines or any law.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

StrikeCraft has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination. See the Community Guidelines below for details.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Any user may report content or another user from the in-app menu. We review reports and take action — including removal of content and termination of offending accounts — and we aim to do so within 24 hours of receipt. You may also block any user at any time from the conversation menu; blocked users cannot send you messages.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store (on iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (on Android), and are subject to that store’s terms as well as these Terms. Players are never shown purchase screens.

  • Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified as the App Store or Google Play requires, and where the store requires it you will be asked to agree to the new price before it applies.
  • Managing and canceling. On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by StrikeCraft, so refund requests are handled by them under their refund policies (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, through the Play Store). Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your StrikeCraft account or the App does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store as described above.

Dues, fees or fundraising amounts that an organization tracks in the App are arrangements between you and that organization. StrikeCraft does not collect or process those payments.

8. Live Streaming

Live streaming is an optional feature an organization may enable. If you broadcast, you represent that you have the right to capture and share the audio and video, including the likeness of any individuals (and, for minors, the permission of their parent or guardian). Stream visibility and retention are controlled by the organization that initiates the stream.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time in the App: open the Me tab and choose Delete Account. If you no longer have the App, see strikecraft.app/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription (see Section 7).

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeCraft and Goliath Computers LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. In no event shall their total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goliath Computers LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your access to or use of the App; (b) content you submit, post, or transmit through the App; (c) your violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity, including the rights of any minor whose information you provide.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution. Most disputes can be resolved informally. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@strikecraft.app and attempt to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration. Except for the exceptions below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration may be held in California or, at your election, by telephone or video, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized use of the App.

Class-Action Waiver. You and Goliath Computers LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@strikecraft.app with your name and a statement that you decline arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top of this page change each time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and we may ask you to review and accept the new version. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Community Guidelines

StrikeCraft is a tool for coaches, parents, and organizers of youth baseball teams. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited and will be removed on sight:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind, directed at any person — including coaches, parents, players, umpires, or opposing teams.

  • Graphic violence or content that glorifies, incites, or threatens violence or self-harm.
  • Illegal content of any kind, including content that promotes illegal activity, drug use, or firearms.
  • Impersonation — falsely representing yourself as another coach, parent, player, organization, or official.
  • Doxxing or sharing another person's private information (home address, personal phone number, school, etc.) without their consent.
  • Spam, scams, or commercial solicitation unrelated to team activities.
  • Sharing of photos or video of minors without the permission of their parent or guardian.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  1. Removal of the offending content.
  2. A warning or temporary suspension of messaging privileges.
  3. Permanent termination of your account and deletion of your user data.

We aim to evaluate reports within 24 hours of receipt. Organization owners and coaches may also moderate content within their own organizations.
